Refund policy
We want you to be happy with your purchase from The Littlest Leneghan. If you’re not completely satisfied, don’t worry—we’re here to help!
Returns
- If you’d like to return an item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order at aisling@thelittlestleneghan.ie.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must:
- Be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.
- Be in its original packaging.
We’ll provide instructions on how to return the item once we’ve heard from you.
Non-Returnable Items
Unfortunately, we can’t accept returns for:
- Custom or personalised orders.
- Items on sale or marked as final clearance.
- Items damaged due to misuse or general wear and tear.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll send you an email to let you know if your refund has been approved. If approved:
- Your refund will be processed, and the amount will be automatically applied to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
Exchanges
Need a replacement for a damaged or defective item? No problem!
- Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order, and we’ll arrange an exchange or replacement.
- You may be asked to provide a photo of the damaged item to help us assess the issue.
Shipping Costs
- For Returns: You’ll be responsible for covering the cost of shipping the item back to us unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect or defective item).
- For Exchanges: If we sent you a defective or damaged item, we’ll cover the cost of shipping the replacement to you.
Please ensure your return is packaged securely to avoid damage during transit.
