Order Processing
- All orders are processed within 1-3 business days.
- Please note: Orders placed on a Saturday or Sunday will be processed starting on the next business day, which may result in slightly longer processing times.
- You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.
Shipping Method
- Orders are shipped via standard untracked shipping with An Post to keep costs low for customers. While this service is generally reliable, there is a small chance that packages may be delayed or not reach their destination.
- If you require a tracked shipping option, please contact me prior to placing your order so I can arrange this. Additional charges may apply.
Delivery Timeframe
- Estimated delivery time within Ireland: 2–5 business days.
- Please note this is an estimate, and delivery times may vary depending on the postal service.
Lost or Delayed Orders
- If your order does not arrive within 14 business days, please get in touch. While I cannot take responsibility for lost untracked orders, I will do my best to assist you.
